You will kill a bunch of them and they will start to smell, in three days they will stink. In a week you will have creepy crawly things you do not want anywhere.
The comb and honey will rot, then seep through the walls and then you will have a major problem.
You probably will not kill the queen and she will rebuild the colony.
Call a professional bee keeper to remove them.
Bees are necessary because they pollinate flowers, trees, fruits and some vegetables.
Without pollination there would be no Oranges or melons or tomatoes in Florida. In fact one third of the food we eat has to be pollinated by bees or it will not grow.
I am a registered bee keeper and have the equipment and experience to do all most any removal. I charge for my services, my truck does not run on good intentions.
