Experienced Personal Fitness Trainers are now accepting new clients at a beautiful private studio in Sarasota. Classic Personal Trainer is located at 7008 S. Tamiami Trail (Approx. 1/2 mile south of Stickney Point Rd in the Quality Boats Building) We focus on strength, toning, weight loss, and dietary instruction during one hour training sessions with free weights and state-of-the-art machines.

Classic Personal Trainer offers a very clean, well lit, friendly environment to work out in with a mature, knowledgeable Trainer. Each session is carefully mapped out by your Trainer as they ease you into a customized workout routine that produces fast changes in strength, energy levels, and your body's ability to burn fat. Each session is carefully recorded and adjusted as the client progresses. Mark Steel is 58 years old and has been a Professional Fitness Trainer for over 29 years. Susan is 51 years old and has been a Professional Trainer since 1995.

Classic Personal Trainer is open from 9 am to 7 pm Mon through Fri and accepts appointments between the hours of 9 am to noon and 4 pm to 7 pm. A one hour session is $35 and a package of 12 one hour sessions is available for $300 ($25 per session).

For anyone experiencing tendon or injury issues, Classic Personal Trainer is now allied with a well-known Sarasota Therapy Center. Sore and achy knees, elbows, wrists, and shoulders can now be treated through a drug free, non-invasive procedure at our studio at minimal cost. Old golf, tennis, running or workout injuries, and even plantar faciitis (heel and foot pain) can be addressed and reversed in as little as one or two 10 minute sessions. Get back to the activities you love in days, or pick up your workouts right where you left off!
