The service provided was ok. The owner was not up front at all about what date they would be coming and I had to keep texting to find out. Tree trimmer was excellent. Laborers were a bit of hot mess. They TRAMPLED my herb garden and flower gardens without much regard for my requests at the beginning of the job to not trample them. When the owner arrived to collect their money they asked if we would give them 5 stars. When we advise no due to the flower garden the owner simply responded with "Well then I wont send you a survey" Not a great customer service reponse in my opinion and it tells me all the reviews they sent me to get the job werent accurate. I went and made a post on their Facebook page and instead of addressing the issue they just simply took it down.

Chop It and Haul It Tree Services LLC: We Texted on May 22nd 1min after her text Thank you for awarding us the job. We are 3-4 weeks out, & we will give you a heads up. June 2nd she ask when We are coming just 11 days after we said 3-4 wks weather permitting. Said we would send out a heads up. I told them when I bid they had a small yard and a big maple. Hence why they wanted to get everything ready. One of the guys ran over some flowers trying to move a giant log to keep it from rolling towards the house. When I asked them to give us 5 stars she said no 4 1/2 stars. I thought she was joking so I said we won’t send you 1 & laughed. In the end of everything yes we took down a very large maple and did run over some flowers, but as advised we do the best we can but very large trees in a small yard are difficult to maneuver. The communication & service was excellent. We said 3-4 weeks & still with weather we got it in less than that. Thanks for the review. We will do even better, we do disagree with the review.
