Have 6 year old lennox system. Need estimate on replacing the defrost board only..

Yesterday I had a someone come out to service it and said the board needs to be replace, he was also concerned about the inducer motor ,he said it was taking like 90 seconds to kick in when it should start up immediately... He also said that it being a 30 yrs old model it would be hard to find parts for it..
