About

Boxing KO Fitness is now taking on Fitness Enthusiasts, Athletes and Fighters of all levels under Group Training Regimens. Come and take advantage of dynamic regimens and fitness philosophies with an advanced Fitness and Boxing Coach/Trainer.

CLASS SCHEDULE:
Monday: 8pm-9pm (Men's Class)
Wednesday: 8pm-9pm (Men's Class)
Thursday: 8pm-9pm (Women's Class)
Saturday: 9am-10am (Women's Class)

MEMBERSHIP: A $50 sign up fee covers insurance, liability, use of gloves, hand wraps, jump rope and all equipment.

Classes - $15 per Class.
