If I could give zero stars I would. These guys said they would be here to move my things between 1pm-3pm. I took time out of my busy day to make sure I was home during those times. They then responded and said they were going to be running late. Okay, I waited. Finally, at 4:15, I get a text saying they'll be here in 30 minutes. At 6:10, they text again and say "20 more minutes". This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been waiting nearly all afternoon and evening waiting for these two guys to comes through. Absolutely disappointed in their lack of respect for other people's time. I don't have time to wait around for them to show up. If you say you'll be here between a two-hour window, I expect you to be here within that window. Very unprofessional service. Will never use again and do not recommend them. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
