BUYER BEWARE. Rich will accept appointments but won’t actually show. He is EXTREMELY unreliable and will keep pushing your appointment back until ‘something comes up’ and he has to cancel. On top of that he is very unprofessional about it. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
UNRELIABLE! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO MOVE! I hired him a few weeks before my move date and on the day of he flaked, he told me he had an emergency and that he wouldn't be able to come until the next day. The next day comes and he is a no call no show! I texted him to check in and explained that I really needed his services he left my message on read THEN HE BLOCKED MY PHONE CALLS WITHOUT A RESPONSE.
I hired this company for a couple of times already and all the processes were top notch!
I would recommend King Rich for any your moving needs! My moving with them was the fastest moving ever. Also the crew was super friendly!
