DO NOT HIRE THEM. Stairs were not touched. They used a swifter duster for our hard wood floors. No water/cleaner was used. The blinds were left tilted and a mess. Some slats were closed some open. The knick knacks were dusted around, not everything was dusted. The bathroom floors were not mopped. Beds were left unmade. Blankets were left unfolded and tossed on the couch. Pillows somehow ended up on the floor. Kitchen was hardly touched. Mirrors has streaks. My 8 year old son can vacuum better. They used a Swiffer vacuum to vacuum. No vacuum marks, dog hair was sitting on the top of the carpet. We have 2 dogs, but the hair is easily vacuumed if you use a decent vacuum. I am just shocked they do not know any better or think this is what customers want. We paid ahead of time so just learned a lesson the hard way. We will definitely research next time. I would have given them negative starts, but the review system did not allow it. Anyone would be appalled, except them of course.
She need to get more organized and need to know how to treat her employee
Fantastic services! They did a great cleaning job on our home (windows cleaning, vacuuming, dishes washing). We will use Shine & Go again!
