Two morning slots just opened and are currently available for fitness training at the Sherman Oaks Memorial Park: $70/week - Includes (2) sessions (one hour/session) - Tuesday/Friday 8:00am $70/week - Includes (2) sessions (one hour/session) - Tuesday/Friday 9:00am Training rates listed above are for single person sessions. Other training times also available, and will also travel to your location (travel rates apply). Please call to see if we can schedule you for a more convenient time/location for you. This is NOT a group training class, nor is it a boot camp where you will get run into the ground. You will receive dedicated "one on one" training, designed specifically for your fitness level & goals. You will increase your metabolism, coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and lean muscle; all while decreasing body fat. Training sessions involve resistance training using bands, tubes, dumbbells, stability ball, step up box, and body weight exercises; along with flexibility, balance, and core work. Seniors, you need not shy away; excellent & safe routines are offered for you to regain strength, flexibility, and balance. ADDED BONUS!! You will receive your training from a Corrective Exercise Specialist to fix things like: foot pronation (feet turn out), knee valgus (knees knock), low back arch (leads to low back pain), tight hips, tight neck...etc, etc, etc. Tight muscles cause different areas of your body to move improperly, which lead to problems in the future like plantar fasciitis, achilles heel, knee pain, low back pain, neck pain, headaches, etc. There are many personal trainers around to give you a great workout. There are very few trainers around that can give you a great workout, identify a problem area while you're training, and then implement a plan to correct the problem area during your session. Usually, most trainers at gyms will have one "go to" trainer who they can ask how to fix different muscle dysfunctions for their clients. I'm that "go to" trainer.
