I believe yoga can be accessible to anyone; yes everyone, especially for those whom think they are too inflexible. Yoga is not about being able to do advanced poses, it's about learning. Learning about how to bring awareness back to your body, your home.
Establishing that connection to your body inevitably cultivates compassion for yourself and others. I teach yoga with an emphasis on breathing, because the breath is the bridge between your mind and body. I will create a practice that serves you, not a practice you have to serve.
For your private session with Sarah, she will travel to you. If you don't have a space for practice contact me and we will find a space (you will travel to me).
