Hello, I'm reaching as an N.a.s.m certified fitness trainer. ..To those indivuduals who are looking to look their best. And feel their best, at an affordable rate at $220 flat monthly rate.. Which is 12 sessions 1hour to 1 and half hours per session . 12 monthly. 3 per week.

From a proven and tested approach , using the o.p.t level of training.. Weather your looking to lean up or bulk up.. Do something for yourself.. And look and feel great about yourself...

I offer training at my home,(coors/bluewater area) with a weight room at the privacy of my home. . Also parks , Depending on your fitness goals.
