I have owned and cared for all kinds of pets all my life. They have enriched the quality of my family's life immeasurably.
I was disabled for 10 yrs. & found returning to the work force with traditional employers to be an exercise in frustration. As part of my efforts to recover I started walking 1 hr./day in Alapocas Run State Park. It was a natural step for me to begin taking my landlady's family dog, Josie, with me on my walks. After seeing my interactions with and love for Josie, she suggested that I start dog walking professionally. So in Jan., 2015, I began pet sitting/dog walking as a way to resume earning an income.Thankfully, this has become my new career and I love it!
I am a member of Pet Sitters International and have completed Pet First Aid offered by the American Red Cross.
I love all kinds of pets but dogs remain my favorites.
