Jose just took a $1000 deposit from me and he was suppose to start the job last Monday. Never showed up and don’t answer calls or txt. I wish I saw all this reviews before I gave him the $1000 deposit. Please call me at 713-231-8328, I am filling a claim against him and I need other people who got swindled like me to call me with their cases too.

Jose Hernandez promised work to my home February 8, 2021. He came looked around told me he would call me back with an estimate. He never called. I called him back. He told Hone Depot didn't have the wood we needed to do the job. But l needed to give him deposit first. So glad God watched over me. No busy with this asshole.
I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring this guy. He scammed me out of $2700 on a storage building which he never showed up and will not return your calls or texts. He’s Lying and thief and he claim to be a Christian man.. BULLSHIT!! DON’T USE HIS LITTLE ELF ASS!!
He is a thief. Will ask you for money up front and then take months before completing. Left incomplete and never gave me back money. Do not hire!
Today week 4 he says find another and when he gets out of the hospital he will pay me back a prorate. When I ask him for all the money back he becomes irate and curses me out. I called him a thief and now, he is no longer in the hospital but at a Home Depot off west road where he wants to meet for a fight but then it turns bizarre because he tells me to bring a bullet proof vest. He's really like a toddler throwing a fit with allot of curse words. I wouldn't recommend this guy. He is not a man of his word, he insulted my mother and threatened my life.
