This class is held every Monday & Thursday at 11. This fun exercise class is designed to help a community of seniors and older adults maintain and improve their cardiovascular health, increase muscular strength, and range of motion for activities and daily living.

Class offers a variety of exercises that are non-impact using light hand held weights, resistance bands, body weight, and a chair that is used for seated and standing support.
