Hi, my name is Cory.
I offer multiple different training styles Weight Training, Boxing, Running, and Diet. Nutrition is a very important to gain success in any fitness program and I will guide you through that as well.

I have trained many times of people from the age 7-82, weight loss, weight gain, people with disabilities and injuries, male or female. I offer the 1st session for free so that I can give you a sample of what I have to offer as a trainer. I will go over your goals with you and give you a professional estimate of the length of time to get you there.
