Getting started is the hardest part of getting in shape. Our bodies love comfort and our brains love sweets and fats, this makes it very hard to avoid temptation and easy to give in to pleasure. We all know that we need to eat less and move more, so why is it so hard to get into shape?

There is a big disconnect between our logical brain and our emotional brain, our logical brain tells us to start up a work out routine and our emotional brain tells us to relax and worry about it tomorrow. The secret lies in getting these two parts of our brain in alignment so that our brain works for us instead of against us!

The Academy

The Academy is a 4 week program designed to teach proper form for all of the fundamental movements. There are a total of 8 sessions which will cover the 8 foundational movement patterns required for full body strength.
SERVICES
Small Group Training

Small group consists of 3-5 people working together to achieve a similar goal. This is great for friends or teammates that want to work together. Group programs meet 2-3 times a week.

1 on 1 Private Training
This is the fastest way to get to your goal. All personal training programs include a customized workout program, meal plan, gym access, and each session lasts 60 minutes. We use a wide variety of equipment to get to your goal and a state of the art facility. Every two weeks we will do a reassessment to make sure we are on track and make any adjustments to the plan if necessary.

The Academy

Skill Training
Skill training classes are drop in and offered twice a week, Each week we will be covering a different exercise/movement. Every week will be different so this is good for the beginner learning proper technique as well as the advanced athlete looking to incease thier PR on deadlifts.
