California-licensed Landscape architect interested in residential or small commercial landscape plan design, water-use calculations or irrigation plan design work. Experienced in assisting clients through the build/remodel permit process, including the development of required landscape plans, irrigation plans and water-use calculations. Experienced in helping clients meet the state's Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO) requirements. Based in Vallejo, but will accept work in the greater Vacaville, Fairfield, Dixon, Davis, Woodland and Sacramento area. Will work with select clients to develop design program, conceptual plan, planting plan; and plant palette, including drought-tolerant and/or fire-wise plant species. I can help you get through city permit requirements for new homes or remodeling projects. Perhaps you'd like some hourly onsite consultation to dress up a tired old landscape?
