I regret hiring Shawn Williams / Raleigh Concrete Solutions / Small Tyme Concrete (they are all the same), and strongly recommend you find a more professional, experienced, and reputable company for your patio project.

Shawn left me with a patio that's uneven to walk on, excessively sloped in areas, sloppily patched in the wrong color at edges, and directs water toward my house/deck where it pools. In Shawn's words, all "nitpicking". He destroyed a quarter of my flagstone pathway pavers and left concrete debris on the side of my deck. He complained throughout about the (standard) 4 ft gates in my wooden fence, which is interesting because 80% of the houses here are the same. Getting through a fence to build a patio is pretty typical, but I later learned Shawn mostly does driveways--not patios. I'm now getting quotes to repair his work.
