For twelve years, I have been teaching both rigorous (ashtanga and vinyasa) and gentle therapeutic (including restorative) styles. Meditation is the gateway to self-realization and is the alpha and omega of yoga practice. Together they form a seamless path to health, tranquility and self-knowledge.
My yoga lessons feature correct alignment in each pose, flow style sequencing for aerobic conditioning and detoxification, and strength building exercises to develop elastic muscles. I also teach breathing exercises to still the mind and purify the emotions, chanting to sooth the heart, and deep relaxation (yogic sleep) to bring the body and mind into perfect balance. Unlike group classes, your session is tailored to your body and mind's personal needs.
I am also a very talented massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, energy worker, psychosomatic and medical biomagnetic healer and emotional release practitioner.
