Motorcycle Repair Technician

I have a 1999 Honda VTR 1000 and I'm trying to sort out some running issues. It won't idle without the choke or applying some throttle. I've already had the carbs cleaned professionally by a shop. I'd like to get it running smoothly and need a competent mechanic to help me diagnose the cause of the poor idling. Unfortunately, the bike is not operable enough to ride so I'll have to bring it to you or you will have to come to me. It would be better if you had a garage since this is a troubleshooting project.
