I need a Motorcycle Repair Technician

I orderd a pocket bike for my grandson for christmas and the bike has an issue with fuel line, starts up then runs for about 10 seconds then dies. If i stand it up on rear tire it remains running, but the minute i set it down it last about 10 sec.
