Daily stall cleaning, turn out (5 days) in separate paddocks and 2 feedings per day that include grain and hay. 24/7 staff available and live on property. Most stalls have auto waterers and window that opens for horse to look out. 25 stalls are cherry wood Classic Equine stalls.
Facility has a large 68 x 200 indoor arena plus a large outdoor arena. Facility also has lounge, observation area, kitchenette, 2 wash stalls, 2 tack rooms, 2 bathrooms.
