Payment card information is transmitted directly to a third-party payment card processors, Stripe or PayPal, through an Internet connection secured by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Stripe and Paypal then communicate to HireRush whether your payment has cleared, but do not provide payment card information to HireRush. Stripe's privacy policy is available here. In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Session Video Recording

We use a software technology called Inspectlet to make video recordings of some visitor sessions. Inspectlet is a third-party tool, and We use it in a strict compliance with Inspectlet’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Inspectlet provided Us with a piece of Javascript code to copy paste in the Platform. After installing it, We can monitor Our Platform’s visitors in real time. We may install this code to record visitor activities on any of the pages of the Platform at its own discretion. Inspectlet’s screen capture is a component of the code that works by recording all the events that take place in the browser such as keystrokes, mouse movements, scrolling, and clicking. As We only collect Personal Information during the registration and post complaint process, same information may be collected during the session video recording process. We do not store any video recordings on Our servers; all of the recordings are stored by Inspectlet. We use session video recordings for Our internal statistical purposes, market analysis, for the purposes of web analytics, and for the purposes of improvement of the Platform in accordance with specific visitors’ requirements. We reserve the right to use any other similar software technology(s) for similar purposes at Our own discretion.

Making Recorded Calls

When You subscribe to certain Profile Plans, We offer You a possibility to get connected with Your potential customers via recorded calls, provided that You have an account on Our Platform. You must have an account on Our Platform, as this functionality is available to registered users only. To operate this functionality, We use a cloud communications platform called Twilio. It is a third-party tool, and We use it in a strict compliance with Twilio Terms of Service and Twilio Privacy Policy.

Removal of a business page from HireRush

HireRush publishes business listing information so that consumers can share their experiences about local businesses, and because the information is typically a matter of public record and public concern. Therefore we don’t remove such information from the site.

While we understand that some business owners might prefer to keep a low profile, it’s important (and a legal right) for consumers to be able to find and share helpful information about great local businesses.
