About
Hello, my name is Terri and I am a Teacher-Nanny Infant Care provider. I have over 16+ years of experience and I can offer extensive experience and diverse professional background enables me to make a significant difference for you and your child. I am highly skilled in caring for children of all age ranges, infants, twins, and children with special needs. This includes feeding, setting up the formula, diaper changing, and potty training. I enjoy reading and playing games with children as well as going on outings, adventures, or field trips.
Moreover, I am well trained in managing meals, nap, day-to-day activities, and following schedules. My ability to instruct children on personal hygiene, social development, and age-appropriate education would bring a positive change to their development. I also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as an enthusiasm for teaching, doing arts and crafts, dancing to music, and dramatic play. In my small, intimate setting, I will not only nurture and care for your child but teach your child on an age-appropriate level while honing all their fine motor, gross motor, and cognitive skills that they will need to succeed in preschool.
I am an educator first, so I will incorporate lesson plans, Montessori curriculums, and day to day activities to help hone your child's education and development. Furthermore, my degree is in Medical Assisting and I am certified in both First Aid and CPR.
Why select a Teacher-Nanny Share?
Overall, a shared nanny is a happy medium between traditional nanny care and daycare. With fewer kids than at a daycare center, your child is more likely to get individual attention, which some experts say is especially important for babies.
An infant/toddler will benefit from the interaction with other children if she's sharing a caregiver with others. One-on-One shared care helps children form a bond similar to that of siblings and learn socialization skills. It will also be a good introduction to a preschool setting without the hassles.
Lastly, another great thing about a small environment nanny setting is that your child is not around as many kids and may not get sick as often as they would in a daycare center. (Though some germ-sharing is inevitable any time children get together.)
On April 1, 2020, I am opening my doors to three little ones between the ages of 3 months – 6 months where I will create a positive environment which promotes social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. An atmosphere where your child is free to explore and learn. Daily activities that focus around S.T.E.A.M. in a “not to” structured home setting so that your child can be a child and learn through play along the way. Here, we respect, love, and safeguard each child, while fostering independence, friendliness, and creativity.
Upon request, I can attach my resume so you can see further review details regarding my experience, knowledge, and skills. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Ms. Terri for five years now. She's such a fun, free, creative, and positive young lady. My children adore her and even now when I need a nanny for a few hours they insist I call Ms. Terri, it's such a great feeling knowing that my child loves his caregiver. I'm super excited she's starting her own little care studio because I know how great of a difference she makes in a child's life. We love you Ms. Terri.
