We offer a monthly billing service for all property managers who have an account with us so you don't have to hassle with payment for every service call. We simply mail you the invoice once a month and you send us the payment. Easy!

We also offer a variety of used appliances which we have refurbished to work at factory standards. We guarantee anything priced over $149 with a 6 month (180 day) Warranty. If you're looking for a place to buy low priced and reliable appliances, you've found it! Something wrong? We will come out and repair or replace your appliance at no cost to you during the warranty period.

Our service calls cost between $60-$80 depending on the distance. If they live locally in Reno within the McCarran loop or close outside of it, the service call charge is $60. That is the initial fee to come out, which includes 15 minutes of diagnostic time. If it takes longer than 15 minutes to diagnose, it goes into labor costs. We have a half hour minimum of labor which is $30, then a $15 charge for every 15 minutes after that. You will also be required to pay for any parts we may require to complete the repair.
