We offer authentic Mexican taco catering, and other Mexican dishes such as Menudo, Ceviche, etc.

What's better than to "be a guest" at your own party? Leave the cooking to us, and enjoy your time with your friends, family, and colleagues, whatever the occasion may be.

Our meats and vegetables are purchased on the day of your event, and we only use the freshest and highest of quality.

I make a couple of different salsas from scratch, and they range from mild to on-fire spicy! Since referrals are what local business like ours thrive on, I guarantee that you will be a repeat customer like our current client base.

Free Rice and Beans
2 Salsas (one mild and one hot)
Lemon wedges, Cucumbers, Onions and Cilantro but you do have the option for "American sides".

Quesadillas for your vegetarian guests or picky eaters :)
Chips and salsa or guacamole

American sides which includes; shredded Mexican cheese blend, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.

* Our tacos are Gluten Free but quesadillas are made with flour tortillas.
I cook for an hour and serve for two hours and left over food stays.
I only need a small space to set up.
We also have tables and chairs and can be rented separately if available.
