* Meet with you to help you plan your occasion

* Greet your guests

* Prepare and pass hors d'oeuvres

* Tend bar and serve drinks

* Prepare and serve main course, or heat and serve catered food (buffet or table service)

* Cut and serve the cake and/or dessert

* Set up the Champagne toast

* Pamper you and your guests

* Clean up kitchen, dining area
