I am an experienced computer technician that works for a large company in San Antonio and I also own my own shop located in the southeast side of San Antonio. I cover all San Antonio and surrounding areas.

I come to you with no trip fees. I am a master technician and can work on and fix any computer problem you may have. I am not some guy with a pack of Cd's that thinks he's a computer technician. I do not use gimmicks like calling myself a "geek" or a "nerd". I do not talk down to you, or in terms you will not understand. I come out; diagnose your problem, explain it to you and then give you a choice of the different options available. No problem is to big, however sometimes it doesn't make sense to put money into certain machines. I offer new computers and used computers that come with a one year warranty for those situations. I will transfer your data from the old machine to the new one and try to keep everything as close to being the same as possible. I also include training you and making sure you are comfortable using the new computer before leaving.

Once you become my customer I am only a phone call away to help you with any problem, I will always help you over the phone first at no charge and then only book you an appointment when it's a bigger problem that cannot be handled over the phone. I started out as a small computer company about 7 years ago and since my company has grown by simple word of mouth. I currently have over 500 customers and still growing.
