Since 1960 our third generation family business has specialize in sanding and refinishing all type of hardwood floors including antique heart pine.
We sand and refinish hardwood wood floors with a natural finish for $2.50 SF with two coats of polyurethane and for three coats of polyurethane with a natural finish $2.75 SF. Our master craftsman specialize in all types of flooring repairs including termite damage and renovation staggered in patching. We install prefinished and unfinished flooring for $2.25 SF.
If your floor has small scratches and lack luster we can refurbish your floors and make them look new again with a screen and coat for $1.25 SF or a high speed buff for $99 SF.
