Sanding 85 cents includes rough sanding with grit 36 then fine sanding with grit 80 and grit 120 if needed to take out stains or if it is pine. Poly consists of oil-based polyurethane, semi-gloss, unless otherwise the customer requests a specific finish. 24 hour later 2nd coat applied after buffing and vacuum.
Installation and sanding is $1.99 for the the unfinished wood.
For prefinished wood, we install at $1.09 a foot!.
