Our servers, bartenders, kitchen help can handle everything from set-up to clean-up and everything in between

My staff is experienced, professional, hard-working and friendly. We are dedicated to making your party the best it can possibly be. They will show up on time and are appropriately dressed for your occasion.

Some of the services offered are as follows:

Party/bar supply list assistance
Once your party is booked and confirmed, I will send you a shopping list for party supplies and a liquor list so you have the appropriate amounts for the number of guests invited.
Set-up of tables/chairs
Linen and napkin placement
Formal or casual place settings
Set-up of food and beverage stations
Set-up of bar and bar service
Replenishment of food and beverage throughout your event
Coordination with caterer (if applicable) during delivery of food
We even grill at summer BBQ"S
Prepare and plate appetizers, main course, side dishes, etc. if needed
Butlering of hors d'oeuvres
Constant attendance to trash throughout the event
Coffee/Tea service set-up
Cutting and serving of cake
Set-up of dessert table
Clean up and packaging of left over food
Clean-up following the event
Break down of tables/chairs
Washing of any utensils, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc.
Sweeping of floor
We can do all of this and more, just ask

No party too large or too small. We have staff for any occasion!
Can staff events up to 300 guests

I have staff available for all holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years, etc.

Weddings are our specialty! We will meet with you to make sure that all details of your special day are met and your day goes perfectly. So you don't have to hire a wedding planner

We work with a wide variety of caterers and restaurants throughout the New Jersey and Pennsylvania and can give you suggestions to make sure you have the right ingredients for any kind of party

Need rentals, we have a fabulous list of Event rental companies that give discounts to all our clients

Last minute parties are our speciality!!!
I have plenty of staff available to be able to do that. For instance, a person called at 10am, and I had a staff member there at 4pm to work their party.

A quick note, Beth's Party Service has worked over 1000 parties as of August 1st 2015 since I started my business in 2008. And I couldn't have done that without my dedicated and wonderful servers, bartenders and kitchen help.
