TANGLED TAILS PET GROOMING was started after working many years in the grooming industry and seeing first hand the unprofessional salons giving the industry a bad reputation. We decided it was time to redefine what the industry was all about through one company. We want to offer hardworking Des Moines area residents a better choice of pet grooming, one that they deserved. No one should have to settle for rude employees and unpleasant grooms. WE OFFER 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR YOUR MONEY BACK IF WE CAN'T MAKE IT RIGHT.

As of right now, we are only offering grooms by appointment. We offer day, evenings, late night appointment. With the recent economy, it's more import than ever to spend your money local & boost our economy. So we at TANGLED TAILS are asking before you take your pet to a big box company. Consider bringing your pet to us. We don't charge outrageous prices like they do. Your animal won't sit in a kennel for hours before being groomed and generally can be picked up within 2 hours after dropping your pet off. We are located by Altoona on the Des Moines side.
