I consider my self a (BODY COMPOSITION SPECIALIST) meaning I take the human body no matter how big, skinny, short, tall, or small and turn it into a better composition all around. Everybody is different in both Men and Women and everybody has different wants and needs especially when it comes to looks of the human body. I have over 12 years experience in fitness industry (Los Angeles CA, San Diego CA, and Sydney Australia, Melbourne Australia) in weight training, power lifting, explosive drills, calisthenics, mobility, stretching, nutrition and small groups and large boot camps. I have trained a variety of Athletes/ celebrities such as Professional MMA fighters, Professional Cyclist's, Endurance Athletes, Strength & Conditioning coaching both (High School, and College athletes) such as Wrestlers, Football, Soccer, Rugby, Baseball, Tennis etc. No matter the sport you play I have always said " A stronger faster more explosive athlete is a better athlete. This does not limit my services to the "Pro Athlete" but just importantly the average person young 12yrs old or old 90yrs old who may be new to working out and wants to shed some pounds, or maybe just feel better. I'm here to put the knowledge and know how to you so you can continue on your own. This experience came from living it, studying it, and doing it. I now find great pleasure in teaching it and helping others reach their weight loss and fitness goals and also to help others live a healthier, happier, and more Pro-active life! The Program: I work primarily on an individualized program basis. I will write you a tailor fit strength & conditioning program that will last several weeks. The duration of these programs are very precise, and their content are based on peer reviewed scientific research. It will be geared specifically towards your level of experience and will change as you get stronger/fitter. No matter how young or old Big or skinny If you have someone who wants to train with you, then a group program can be created to allow for this but still have individual specifics to each persons strengths/weaknesses and the goals you want to achieve. I will bring a large assortment of items to YOUR home, office, park, field, apartment, club house-gym etc.. such as TRX straps, variety of bands/straps, Kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight movements, and injury prevention training. For your convenience of course that will give you a great and adequate work out! It's without a doubt the most convenient way to train is through bodyweight/functional movements and we will include these into your training so you can learn the proper mechanics and continue them on your own without supervision from myself. We see on T.V. programs such as The biggest loser and A&E's "Heavy" etc.. just how important having a personal trainer is. How they can motivate, push and drive you to be and do your best. 1st time evaluation/consultation is $40.00/60min! Each session thereafter will be $75.00 per 60-70min session!!!! Pay upfront for 6 or more sessions and you get a complementary no charge 4 weeks worth of detailed nutritional programs for each specific body type such as Ectomorph, Endomorph, and Mesomorph body types. As well as home workout programs where no gym is needed while getting fantastic benefits. Greg
