My name is Thomas Knapp, I am a personal trainer with a degree in Exercise & Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. I also have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.

My experience encompasses training a broad array of clients from teenagers to seniors, athletes to average joes, and even those with congenital(MS, Scoliosis) or metabolic (Type II diabetics, etc.) diseases. I have opened up a private, no nonsense, personal training facility called Myoblast Fitness.

It's located in Seminole and it's convenient to the Pinellas County Trail. A private session at Myoblast Fitness will provide you with a personally designed training protocol that will meet your health & fitness goals in the most safe and efficient way possible. An initial consultation will allow us to clarify your goals, address any past injuries or health related issues, and set up a realistic timeline to attain your goals. No matter what your goals may be, lose fat, gain muscle, increase sports performance, lower your blood sugar and cholesterol levels, improve balance and functional ability, or just to enjoy a higher quality of life, a private session at Myoblast Fitness will get you there in the most safe and efficient way possible!

You can choose a pay as you go option for only $40.00 per session or choose 8 session package for $250.00.
