1 beds/ less than 1000ft = $55
2 beds/ less than 1500ft = $70
3 beds/ less than 2000ft = $85
4 beds/less than 2500ft = $110

Surface cleaning is not recommended for move-in/move-out cleaning. There is a difference between surface cleaning and deep cleaning. Deep cleaning entitles the list above and any of your specific needs. Plus cleansing of windows, window sills, baseboards, ceiling fans, switch plates, blinds, doors and appliances inside/out. Surface cleaning entitles the list above. Plus, any of your specific needs. There will be an up charge for excessive filth.
