About
I have a Masters Degree in science (Electrical Engineering) from Columbia University. Over the years, I have taught and tutored first grade through college level classes. I have tutored and mentored as a volunteer in the public and private school systems. I have experience and skills ranging from fast track through special need levels. I have a strong history of results and success with my students.
My first hour lesson is free. This provides for a risk free, no cost opportunity to get a sense of compatibility. I'll gladly provide recommendations and testimonials from both current and previous clients. Subjects include math, physics, chemistry, computer science, and electrical technology/engineering.
My rate is $50 per hour for one-on-one sessions (unlike most of the local study centers that charge about the same, or more, give less than a full hour per session, and have several students at a time with a single instructor). I can tutor in your home or at your local library. Thanks.
