If you're looking for a unique & awesome space for rehearsals or band practice, look no further...

This space is located in downtown Middletown. It's a 3000 sq. ft. ballroom that I am currently working on modifying to be used as a professional recording studio. This space has tons of character, and live music sounds great within these walls. Large open floor plan, with a small stage as well.

What better way to simulate an actual gig than to rehearse in a venue-like space?

I'm also offering live recording services for musicians while they are rehearsing in case they want to track their progress from week to week. It's easy to think you're tight and polished while rehearsing, only to find a flaw when you listen back to a recording of your rehearsal afterwards. I think this greatly helps musicians become as polished as possible for gig-time. All tracks are recorded digitally via a Pro Tools 12 system. Musicians can take the individual tracks of other members home with them to jam along with, or a bounced version of the whole band playing together....many options available.

<b>Rehearsal Booking:</b>
$25 per hour; $20 per hour for 2 or more hours booked on a single day
or
$75 per month(assuming one-hour rehearsal session per week of that given month; for a total of 4 sessions; All sessions are paid in full at beginning of each month)

<b>Rehearsal & Live Recording Booking:</b>
$50 per hour; $40 per hour for 2 or more hours booked on a single day
or
$150 per month(assuming one-hour rehearsal session per week of that given month; for a total of 4 sessions; All sessions are paid in full at beginning of each month).
