Good morning, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Vic Brezee and I am the AUBURN HANDYMAN.
I am a retired Electrical/Mechanical Designer who recently started a handyman business in 2017. I am currently looking for more clients in the CNY area who need some one to take care of their interior problems.
My services include:
Painting, drywall, woodwork, door and cabinet repair.
Minor plumbing for leaky pipes, clean drains, sump pumps, replace faucets and toilets.
Minor electrical to replace or install receptacles, GFCI, AFCI, switches for fan and light fixtures.
Gas furnace cleaning to include replace filter, clean flame sensor, check and or replace flame ignitor, inspect and clean blower motor and housing, vacuum inside of unit, check wire connections, replace batteries in thermostats.
Install smoke detectors and CO (carbon monoxide) detectors.
Photography Services for Insurance Claims, Real Estate, and Job Sight work order completion verification.
Rental property management is also available.
