CLEANING SCHEDULES OFFERED

INITIAL DEEP CLEANING Some clients do not need an initial deep cleaning unless chosen. Initial deep cleaning is more in depth. It involves a deeper cleaning than my regular cleanings. Examples: Wash baseboards, clean vents, pull out large appliances, etc. You can decide if you want an initial deep cleaning or can be done over a period of time when we do a walk thru of your home for your estimate.

WEEKLY HOME CLEANING This is a great option for those with a very busy schedule, have children/pets or need help on a weekly basis.

BI-WEEKLY HOME CLEANING Most of my clients prefer this option. I clean your home on the same day every other week that we agree upon. It is also for clients who do their own cleaning but like extra help every couple of weeks.

MONTHLY HOME CLEANING This option is for clients who want a professional cleaning even though they clean their home majority of the time. The cost is slightly higher than weekly or bi-weekly because I am not cleaning on a regular basis.

I supply all the cleaning supplies, (I use "Green Products") mops, brooms and vacuum, unless you want me to use yours. I also use micro-fiber cloths to avoid lint and scratches.

Your home is different than your neighbors, your friends and even mine. With this said your cleaning fee is based on its size, number of people/pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want me to clean, etc. My rate is hourly ($20 per hour). We can arrange a flat rate once I know your home.
