About
Professional tutoring services available for middle school, high school, college, and Adult Education students. Subjects include Social Studies, History, Spanish, English Language Arts, and Economics. I am a former State of Connecticut Certified Social Studies Teacher Grades 6-12, and also a State of Florida Certified Social Studies Teacher Grades 5-9 and 6-12. I was a Professional Spanish Linguist while serving in the United States Army, as well as a Private Spanish Contract Language Specialist for several Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. I have also been a Long-Term and regular Substitute Spanish Teacher at the middle and high school levels, and also taught English to Central American natives. While working as a Certified Social Studies Teacher, I have also taught English Language Arts classes at the Remedial and Intermediate levels, as well as beginning/first year Economics classes.
I can meet the student/students at your local branch of the Alachua County Public Library before or after school, at a local Starbucks Coffee House, or somewhere similar. Rates are negotiable and dependent on the number of subjects needed, number of students, time required, and similar factors. Successful referrals will receive a discount. References available upon request.
