About

We provide quality sealing of hardscapes and have several years of experience. We are college students and have been sealing concrete and asphalt for close to five years. We work hard, do expert work and are affordable. We want to make sure to get you in our schedule soon so you can enjoy the beauty of your home with your family and friends while warm weather is here and protect your pavers, concrete and asphalt before winter hits. We do the entire job start to finish include moving and replacing furniture, pressure washing, blowing away and sweeping depris, all edge work and sealing application.

Driveway/Hardscape Sealing
After time, weeds start growing in the gaps and the surface dulls and stains. When winter hits, water seeps into the crack of hardscape and freezes. This causes expansion that can seriously damage these surfaces and cause them to crack if not properly sealed.
Sealing provides protection from the sun and discoloration, and it repels water, oil and dirt. The solution to this problem is simple, hire us to power wash, clean and seal. We offer Shark Grip non-slip additive to add traction and prevent slipping and falling.

Asphalt Sealing
As with concrete, asphalt can begin to crack due to cold temperatures in the winter and intense sun in the summer and needs protecting. Asphalt will also fade and become a light gray color over time. We wash off and seal asphalt with a black seal which keeps asphalt looking new and keeps it from breaking down.

Concrete and Paver Q&A
How do I know my pavers/concrete (hardscape) need cleaning and sealing?
Does water soak into the surface? Do you have tire marks or stains? Are there weeds growing up through the cracks? If the answer is yes, you need us.

Why should I seal my pavers or concrete?
Sealing protects your hardscape from sun and wear. It provides a barrier that repels water, oil and dirt. Sealing also preserves the natural beauty for years to come.

What is the process?
We move all objects off the hardscape that will be sealed. Next, we tackle weeds and stains with a solution or solvent followed by pressure washing getting everything clean. Next we detail around the edges and roll on sealer to provide excellent coverage.

Will sealing leave the surface shiny?
Sealing protects hardscapes. When a sealer is applied, it darkens the color and often leaves surfaces really shiny. Darker colored surfaces tend to appear to have more sheen than lighter ones.

How often do I need to reseal?
The very first time your hardscapes are sealed it will remain protected 2-3 years depending on the elements of traffic over the surface. Often the service will dull after one full year. You can expect longer life of the sealer with multiple applications.
