If you need to remodel or renovate a portion of your home and don't have the time to oversee the project, let me do that for you...
On your behalf I act as your assigned manager of the project. You make all the decisions and I enforce them with all the sub-contractors. I assist you in sourcing all the materials, hiring contractors and provide daily updates on the project.
Typically you buy the all the materials and pay for labor only, that way you don't end up paying for a markup on the materials.
I have over 40 years of experience in residential construction and have done numerous renovations on homes in the past.
My fee is $30 an hour for all project management work and you pay for my gas to and from the jobsite. .
