1st we remove all the shingles and under lament down to the deck. From there we Start with 6 feet of Ice and Water Shield.
2nd We use Synthetic Underlayment (not tar paper) on the rest of the deck.
3rd We use starter shingles
4th Architectural Roofing Shingles with many great colors and Definition for a great look to your home.
5th Hip and Ridge Caps to match and complement the shingles
6th Roof Ventilation so your roof breaths, So you get the maximum life out of all your roofing products.
