The Owner of Odds 'N' Ends Remodeling/Handyman Services, is an improvising, handyman specialist. A House Guru and was doing this even when people still had their jobs, before the economy fell. Not doing this because of a layoff or to survive. It is what I do every day around the Capital Region, this is "my profession" by choice. Which means you can have one man to build a rapport with, for the lifetime of your home, for ALL your properties, for ALL your household endeavors. I am chosen by professionals, retired Officers, Dr.'s, etc. . ., perhaps it's for my attention to detail or touch of anal retentiveness. I am a hardware truck on wheels and unless I get caught up on a bigger remodel, than I am driving around the Capital Region, responding to calls from Private Investors, Realtors, Property Management Companies, or simply my home owner clientele which is consistently growing, thanks to their referrals. I have even subbed myself out to contractors so they could utilize my skills for their bigger projects.. Most are available to contact upon request. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and the type of person, people allow in their homes, when they are not and at all times I have at least a couple pairs of keys on me to people's homes. That is an honor.

As a Realtor for a while, I understand the importance of home ownership and the attachment that is associated with it. I consider it a privilege to be allowed to rip someones walls open, repair or replace electrical or plumbing issues and build the wall back, or bathroom update prior to listing home, gut a kitchen out and rebuild or simply build a ceramic tile backsplash, level some doors, replace windows or pane of glass, change lighting, caulk tub surround, stop squirrels from entering eaves, you name it. I especially enjoy being given the responsibility to take an entire apartment flat after a bad/messy tenant has moved out and am told to go through complete apt, A-Z and have it ready to rent by the first... Odds 'N' Ends was not chosen by coincidence. I can usually fix things right when I show up, without running back out to buy things, this gets you out the door quicker and keeps more money in your pocket. I fix homes numerous ways and I explain all options to the homeowner and allow them to choose from cheapest way, to quickest way, or my favorite, "The Right Way"..
