Licensed and Insured. Operate out of a truck, which has been described as a "Mobile home center" by customers and onlookers. A fully equipped 14ft box truck with all the necessary tools and supplies on hand. My truck is an example of how seriously I take my job. How I am organized and go the extra mile. I want to be as prepared as humanly possible and get the job done right the first time.


Maintain rental properties for some clients as a Maintenance Manager. As needed, handles all types of contracting tasks on location. This may include Electrical, Carpentry, Locks, Windows, Doors, Basic Plumbing, Wall repair, Fencing, and other areas.

Electrical services encompass everything from replacing receptacles to upgrading services and wiring houses. Licensed and trained on not only installation, but also theory, function and operation by a licensed UL UNDERWRITER. Skills include being capable and experienced as a technical problem solver.


Also skilled and experienced in working on Telephone, Computer Networking, Remote CCTV, Alarm, Security, Keyless entry, Home Theatre and Smart home systems. CCTV, Door entry and Home Theatre installations have also been prior dedicated major term projects with corporations.

Equipped to work on landscape and outdoor lighting with special horizontal drilling rig. No need to dig up your whole lawn!
