Hi, thanks for looking at my ad. My name is Jeff Kinoshita. Age 49. Over 20 years construction experience, On my own since 2007. If we happen to meet, don't be surprised when a full Japanese guy doesn't walk up to your door. My mother is white, and She must have had strong genes because I look more white.
I like to give people a short bio.
Born and raised in Kaneohe. St. Ann's K-8. Graduated from mid Pac, attended UH. Former Army National Guard member . Iraq veteran 2004-2005. Drug Free and almost alcohol free. 1-3 beers a month.
Very experienced in remodeling, repairs interior/exterior painting and have many former clients willing to be references. I start jobs with zero down. Just want to prove to clients Im here to do honest work and not take advantage of people. When I give a person an estimate I go over the details of payments. You never pay for work that hasn't already been done.
Consultations, advise, estimates are always free. I normally meet people in the evenings weekdays or mid mornings on weekends. But if those times are not an option I can find time.

I made a facebook page in January.. kinoshita remodeling. Has some recent photos from 2019 and pictures from last year. Over 100 pictures Some clients were nice enough to leave some reviews if you wish to see what they have to say.

Note if you call or text, sometimes I don't hear my phone.. I drive with the windows down and at work I use power tools.

Also I do sometimes work with licensed company YD Hawaii Construction. If its a bigger project and needs a license or if you wanted a licensed company. Its always cheaper if its off the books, but its an option for some.
