My name is Eric, I have over twenty years of experience working in the field of computer repair, either hardware or software. My specialty is any Windows operating system from Win95 through to Win10.
This is a Senior Friendly service. I prefer to see a client in person, either in my space or yours with the machine in front of us to talk about what is being done and why. This format serves as a teaching experience for the computer owner as they will be taught maintenance so that visits to computer techs will be unnecessary in future. However, should the service not require an actual presence, remote assistance can be performed, no traveling required, by using a software with which I remote-connect to your computer from my location here on the island. No visit required, keeps all costs down. I am also available for emergencies, be they what they might be.

One of the favorite lines of a repair shop is "we'll look at it and call you in a week." I imagine that you're looking here because you need fast service. If you had five days for someone to mess around guessing what is wrong with your computer, you'd probably fix it yourself. Well, if you had the ability...

I can clean your system if infected by viruses, spyware, malware, browser hijack, ransom-ware attacks, etc. Recommend ways to avoid this in future.

I notice that nowadays most proprietary laptops and/or PCs being sold (HP, Acer, Toshiba, Gateway, etc.) come with tons of what we call in the trade "crapware", as well as the clutter of temporary free trials of various softwares and are practically unusable for the novice. I can clean this up and make your computer usable and user-friendly.
