We know demo Lightning Demolition and Hauling has been serving the greater Sacramento area for over 30 years. We load it, haul it, and clean up afterwords. We offer top notch customer service. Our specialties are mobile home demolition, swimming pool demolition and fill in, whole or partial single family house demolition, concrete removal of driveways, flatwork or foundations, We offer debris removal for larger jobs where we can get a bobcat tractor in and load up our own dumpster. We do not do small jobs such as backyard sheds, small interior wall or floor removal, or jobs that are more hand labor oriented. We are based in Davis and do jobs usually in about a one hour radius but do regularly go out as far as grass valley, jackson, chico and paradise. We do fire cleanups and demolition. We own all our own equipment including dumpsters, high side end dump trailers, bobcats and excavators. We handle all our own material, recyclables, and concrete.
