After graduating from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelors in Economics in Dec. 2016, I moved to the mountains of Vail, CO. I was hired at Vail Mountain Club, working in guest services. This is where I began to master the art of customer service, in addition to understanding the importance of providing customers with nothing short of the best treatment. Driven to return for many winters to come I spent hours and hours brainstorming business ideas. Looking for something seasonal that I could do back home with a love for the outdoors, entering the Power Washing Industry seemed like a perfect fit. Black Diamond Power Washing was inspired by the slopes of the Rockies. Black diamond slopes are for Experts Only, We have quickly become Baltimores Rooftop Deck Experts during the past two Summers. We specialize in deck maintenance and restoration. However, our biggest goal is to blow away every client with the customer service they receive. Our communication is unbeatable!
