About
Hi! My name is Ana. I am a professional guitar instructor/performing musician. I currently have room in my schedule to take on more guitar students in Caldwell, and would love to do so. I offer high quality guitar lessons to all ages at The College of Idaho. I am extremely patient and love the gratification of passing on my knowledge of the instrument to others.
In guitar lessons, I cover the basics of music notation, chords, right and left hand technique, playing and performing solo and in ensemble settings, developing good practicing techniques, developing an understanding of music theory, etc. But beyond that, students develop skills that help them outside of lessons, such as goal setting, confidence, intrinsic motivation, time management, organizational skills, problem solving, teamwork, etc.
